Frequently Asked Questions

"When do I get my fragments?"

Once per month, around the 20th of each month.

Why is there an application process?

Currently, only existing clients from Think Autonomous are allowed in the membership. This means at least owning our SELF-DRIVING CAR ENGINEER SYSTEM (15€). If this step is a barrier, then you are probably not a good fit to be in a membership anyway.

​And yes, we do reject many requests every month:

If you are already a client, this means you probably know the value of our content. You are more than welcome in! Make sure to apply and your application will be granted by our immigration services!

"Do I get access to all existing fragments?"

No, this wouldn't be fair to those who joined before you; and if I did it to people who joined after you, it wouldn't be fair to you. So if you join in December, you don't get access to November's fragment (and the months before). ​As always at Think Autonomous, early adopters are the most rewarded. However, you get benefit from a welcome offer to purchase the back issues.

"Is there a free trial?"

We granted free trials to some clients in the past, but in general, there isn't. We want you to make an informed decision when getting in, because you will be a member and we will put a lot of energy making you succeed. We therefore prefer to see committed engineers rather than people who join and cancel after 3 seconds.

"Will the price of my subscription increase in the future?"

This is not set in stone, but for now, it is decided that if you are a member, your price is locked in. Only new members can see their price increase. This means that if you leave and come back, you also get a higher price when coming back.
